In order to carry out research and test activities we need highly sophisticated technologies. Thus, our industrial equipment is very often developed ad hoc by means of large investments.
We are currently equipped with several automated simulation and durability test facilities that make it possible to monitor a wide range of parameters linked to a range of engine operating conditions.
The engine test bench enable us to examine the whole cooling circuit of an engine. Tests are carried out on various engines featuring different characteristics. The engine test bench is located in a special room equipped according to safety conditions required for testing.

ENGINE TEST BENCH
|The engine test bench is designed to examine the whole cooling circuit of endothermic engines.
The control and management system software is able to measure thermo-fluid dynamic variables of the coolant inside the engine and to monitor water pumps performances.
On the basis of the collected data we are able to optimize both the cooling circuit and the water pump, improving this way the whole system performance.
Durability test facilities are designed to simulate water pump functioning by extreme conditions. The control software monitors a wide range of parameters linked to the coolant flow inside the water pump. Such tests are carried out in order to check the water pump performance (characteristic curves related to flow rates, efficiency, absorbed power, vibrations, etc.).
